How to Withdraw?

To withdraw your funds simply click WALLET > WITHDRAW. Choose your desired currency, enter your wallet address and enter the amount before clicking WITHDRAW.

Usually, we'll process withdrawal requests in a few minutes but in some cases it could take up to 48 hours due to security check. Also there's a withdrawal limit within the last 24 hours for security reasons.

If you have a problem with your withdrawal, please contact our support. You could also cancel your withdrawal request during the process.

What is the minimum/maximum withdrawal amount?

ETH: 0.005-0.3 USDC-ERC20: 25-500 USDT-ERC20: 25-500

Can I withdraw the fiat money (non-cryptocurrency)?

We only support transactions through cryptocurrencies network.

Can I request a refund?

No, you can not. All bets are final and results are provably fair therefore they cannot be disputed. All-in bets require user confirmation, therefore they cannot be placed accidentally and cannot be refunded as a result.
