Grant of License

WeedDaddy and its licensors are the sole holders of all rights in and to the Service and code, structure and organization, including copyright, trade secrets, intellectual property and other rights.
WeedDaddy reserves any rights implied or otherwise, which are not expressly granted to the User hereunder and retain all rights to the Service.
Eligibility to Use weeddaddy.io’s Services
You may participate in any of the Games if and only if:
You are over eighteen (18) years of age or such higher minimum legal age of majority as stipulated in the jurisdiction of Your residence.
It is legal for You to participate in the Games according to applicable laws in the jurisdiction of your residence.
It is entirely and solely Your responsibility to enquire and ensure that You do not breach laws applicable to you by participating in the Games.
Your Account
In order for you to be able to place wagers using any of the Website, you must first register with weeddaddy.io and open an account.
You are allowed to have only one WeedDaddy account. Only one account for each household, IP, PC is allowed. If you attempt to open more than one WeedDaddy account, all accounts you try to open may be blocked or closed and any bets may be voided. Also any returns, deposits, winnings or bonuses which you have gained or accrued during such time as the duplicate account was active will be forfeited by you and may be reclaimed by us, and you will return to us on demand any such funds which have been withdrawn from the duplicate account. If you wish to open another account, you may do so by contacting our support team via the Live Chat. If a new account is opened, the old account will be closed. If you notice that you have more than one registered WeedDaddy account you must notify us immediately. Failure to do so may lead to your WeedDaddy account being blocked for access.
You must enter all mandatory information requested into your settings form, including a valid e-mail address; if you do not enter a valid email address, we will be unable to help you recover any “forgotten passwords”. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the information you provide is true, complete and correct.
As part of the registration process You will have to complete a two-factor authentication upon logging in. It is Your sole and exclusive responsibility to ensure that Your login details are kept securely. You must not disclose Your login details to anyone. weeddaddy.io is not responsible for any abuse or misuse of Your Account by third parties due to Your disclosure, whether intentional or accidental, whether active or passive, of your login details to any third party.
Weeddaddy.io reserves the right to refuse to register an Account or close Your Account.
Weeddaddy.io prohibits player collusion and does not allow any kind of robots and programmed devices to participate in game play. weeddaddy.io reserves the right to void any game play which results from the use of robots and/or programmed devices.
You are aware that the right to access and use the website and any products there offered, may be considered illegal in certain countries. We are not able to verify the legality of service in each and every jurisdiction, consequently, you are responsible in determining whether your accessing and using our website is compliant with the applicable laws in your country and you warrant to us that gambling is not illegal in the territory where you reside. In case your account has deposited funds after the 12-month inactive period, we reserve the right to use the remaining deposited funds for administrative costs for closing the account. If you wish to reinstate this balance, you are welcome to contact customer support at any time.
Deposits
You may only participate in Games if you have sufficient Virtual Funds on Your WeedDaddy Account for such participation. For the avoidance of doubt, Virtual Funds shall mean ETHs or any other payment methods available on the weeddaddy.io.
Weeddaddy.io can, under certain circumstances, credit a player’s account with so called “bonus”. The conditions for the crediting of the bonus and the amount of the bonus is determined by weeddaddy.io and set out on the website from time to time.If an account contains both the Virtual Funds and bonus funds, the bonus funds will only be available for wagering once the existing Virtual Funds have been used. Before fulfilling the bonus turnover conditions if you transfer or withdraw the main deposit amount, bonus funds and all winnings from this bonus will be forfeited.
To deposit funds into your WeedDaddy Account, you can transfer funds from crypto-wallets under your control or through any other payment methods available on weeddaddy.io. Deposits can only be made with your own funds.
Deposits are immediately processed and the updated balance is shown in the WeedDaddy Account instantly whenever a payment service provider is used. We do not take responsibility for any delays caused due to its payment system or due to delays caused by any third party.
We reserve the right to use additional procedures and means to verify your identity (Know Your Customer) when processing deposits into your WeedDaddy Account.
It's the responsibility of the player to ensure that all documents as a part of the KYC process are genuine. Faked or fraudulent documents provided may result in a confiscation of deposits and potential winnings of the player.
Weeddaddy.io is not an exchange and therefore does not execute any conversion between Bitcoin and any Fiat currency.
Kindly note that some payment methods may include an additional fees. In this case, the fee will be clearly visible for you in the cashier. Your bank or payment service provider may charge you additional fees for deposits of currency conversion according to their terms and conditions and your user agreement.
WeedDaddy can refuse any deposits at its own description.
Withdrawals
If we mistakenly credit your WeedDaddy Account with winnings that do not belong to you, whether due to a technical error in the pay-tables, or human error or otherwise, the amount will remain our property and will be deducted from your WeedDaddy Account. If you have withdrawn funds that do not belong to you prior to us becoming aware of the error, the mistakenly paid amount will (without prejudice to other remedies and actions that may be available at law) constitute a debt owed by you to us. In the event of an incorrect crediting, you are obliged to notify us immediately by email.
All transactions shall be checked in order to prevent money laundering. If the user becomes aware of any suspicious activity relating to any of the Games of the Website, s/he must report this to the Company immediately. weeddaddy.io may suspend, block or close the account and withhold funds if requested to do so in accordance with the Prevention of Money Laundering Act or on any other legal basis requested by any state authority. You acknowledge that the funds in your account are consumed instantly when playing and we do not provide return of goods, refunds or retrospective cancellation of your account.

In the event of a conflict between the provisions of such promotions, bonuses and special offers, and the provisions of these terms and conditions, the provisions of such promotions, bonuses and special offers will prevail.

In addition, weeddaddy.io reserve the right to levy an administration charge on the customer up to the value of the deposit bonus, free bet bonus, risk free bet or additional payment to cover administrative costs. We further reserve the right to ask any customer to provide sufficient documentation for us to be satisfied in our absolute discretion as to the customer's identity prior to us crediting any bonus, free bet, risk free bet or offer to their account.
All weeddaddy.io offers are intended for recreational players and weeddaddy.io may in its sole discretion limit the eligibility of customers to participate in all or part of any promotion.
If we determine, in our sole discretion, that you are using the “Double Spend“ methodology, weeddaddy.io shall void all bets and winnings.
Weeddaddy.io reserves the right to amend, cancel, reclaim or refuse any promotion at its own discretion.
In order to make a withdrawal, a player must wager 1x from the deposit amount.
Closing of Member Accounts
If you wish to close your account, you may do so at any time in the settings or by contacting the customer support email service in written form.The effective closure of the Account will correspond to the termination of the Terms and Conditions. If the reason behind the closure of the Account is related to concerns about possible gambling addiction, you shall indicate this in writing when requesting the closure.
General Betting Rules
A bet can only be placed by a registered account holder.
A bet can only be placed over the internet.
You can only place a bet if you have sufficient balance in your account with weeddaddy.io.
The bet, once concluded, will be governed by the version of the Terms and Conditions valid and available on the Website at the time of the bet being accepted.
Any payout of a winning bet is credited to your account, consisting of the stake multiplied by the odds at which the bet was placed.
Weeddaddy.io reserves the right to adjust a bet payout credited to a weeddaddy.io account if it is determined by weeddaddy.io in its sole discretion that such a payout has been credited due to an error.
A bet, which has been placed and accepted, cannot be amended, withdrawn or canceled by you.

Weeddaddy.io manages your account, calculates the available funds, the pending funds, the betting funds as well as the amount of winnings. Unless proven otherwise, these amounts are considered as final and are deemed to be accurate.
You are fully responsible for the bets placed.
Winnings will be paid into your account after the final result is confirmed.
Your Obligations as a Player
You hereby declare and warrant that:
You are over 18 years of age or such higher minimum legal age of majority as stipulated if the jurisdiction of Your residence (e.g. Estonia – 21 years) and, under the laws applicable to You, legally allowed to participate in the Games offered on the Website.

You shall not be involved in any fraudulent, collusive, fixing or other unlawful activity in relation to Your or third parties’ participation in any of the Games and shall not use any software-assisted methods or techniques or hardware devices for Your participation in any of the Games. weeddaddy.io hereby reserves the right to invalidate any wager in the event of such behavior;
You understand that Virtual Funds as Bitcoin are not considered a legal currency or tender and as such on the Website they are treated as virtual funds with no intrinsic value.

You are not allowed to transfer Virtual Funds from your Account to other players or to receive Virtual Funds from other players into your Account, or to transfer, sell and/or acquire, user accounts.

Miscarried and Aborted Games
The Company is not liable for any downtime, server disruptions, lagging, or any technical or political disturbance to the game play. Refunds may be given solely at the discretion of weeddaddy.io management.
